Gratuities are not included in the tour price but are greatly appreciated by our guides. The amount of the tip is at your discretion.

We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed on our tours. We make an exception for service animals.

In the case that you may need to reschedule or miss your reservation, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. If you need to cancel for a refund, you must cancel 24hrs or more before the start time of the tour/excursion. No refunds will be given within 24hrs.
